    there doesnt seem to be many hostels in kilkenny city on hostelworld. and the ones that are there are booked up! any others? what are the chances of some beds being available if i just turn up on sat?!!!

    Yea, seems crazy only one in the city, for such a tourist town. V central though, did u try it I presume? Might find one or two cheap B&Bs instead

    There's another small one on Vicar street I think, down a bit from the Kilkenny Inn.
