Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Installing Sofware Problem

    Hey, not sure if this is the right forum or not but I need some help installing some programs, for some reason I keep getting up the same error message anytime I try to install Adobe Reader or the new MSN. It's really annoying tbh not being able to view any PDF files.
    Heres the message that comes up...

    Errpr 1402. Could not open key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\...\{18DF081C-E8AD-4283-A596-FA578C2EBDC3}

    Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

    check you have admin rights
    or try reinstall in safe mode
    or unistall acrobat reader before reinstall

    or get foxit reader :)
