bug? Buddy/Ignore lists [ignore]

Is the buddy/ignore list broken (just simply missing/blank page) for anyone else? (Tried in IE7, FF 3.0.1 - JavaScript enabled,etc. cookies & caches cleared, etc.) *shrug. It works via the drop-down menu in their profile*
