    Right, years ago I saw this on the internet and can't remember what it was called.

    To make matters worse I don't have any images, all I know is the following:

    It wasn't a big hit.
    The main protagonist was a women with black hair who dressed like a witch.
    If I recall she was the only survivor of some experiment, and/or trys to save others at some point.
    There is a male love interest who doesn't know her background.
    It was also made into a cartoon.
    The title may POSSIBLY have a number in it.
