    Hi,

For the past 3 or 4 months a light has remained on on the display within the case - best described as a tap orange in color - booklet says this indicates "excess pollution" I only has my exhaust replaced a couple of months back.

Any ideas on what could be the problem here and if it will be expensive to fix?

Performance of the car does not seem to have deteriorated.

    Thanks

    Eireve

Does it look like a picture of an engine?
This is more then likely the Lambda sensor in the exhaust has gone faulty. The fuel mixture will not be right thus causing little extra co2.

john gormley is on his way over to your house to complain!

You need to go to a seat dealer to have it reset, on the diagnostics.
Not sure how much the sensor itself will be.
But if its running ok it nothing major to worry about, check all levels.
