I was speaking to an Aussie mate of mine the other week and he mentioned how the Irish have all the big jobs down here now. I took this as a passing comment but come to think of it I have noticed this too recently.

There are Irish men as CEOs of Qantas and Optus. My GF works with many Irish who are CEOs of IT companies. Day to day when I actually do some work I hear familiar accents at meetings I attend.

    Anybody else notice this?

Look lads, we are the MasterRace, its no surprise that Irish people get these jobs over the Australians, we're just better at some things :D

I work directly for the CEO of our company. She loves hiring Irish people. She thinks they're well educated, work hard but know how to party hard which suits our company perfectly. There's 3 of us from Ireland working there which is quite high seeming as there's not a ginormous amount of Irish people in Wellington.

Does she want to hire me:confused: Im finding it hard to even get called for an interview in Ireland. Bloody recession. Worst time to be a graduate :(
