Erasmusing* and registration

I'm on an Erasmus, and I was told I have to register at UCD. The good folks at UCD have decided not to reply to my emails, so I'm asking here. In order to register at UCD, without actually going there, do I just go through the first stage of registration? *I don't care, it's a word
