Wanted: Second Hand City Bike

Hi, I'm looking for a second hand city bike for going in and out of college. I wouldn't like to spend over €150 on it, if possible. It will be parked in the city centre every day, so obviously I don't want a flashy one as it'll just be robbed. Anyone have any suggestions on where to look, websites, shops, etc?
