    Hi all,
I'm thinking about moving out to rented accommodation... more than likely this is going to be a house or flat share, possibly with a live out landlord.

Can you guys give me any advice on what kind of questions I should be asking... not only about the house/flat but about the potential housemates too.

I'd obviously want to know about how the housework is shared... is there a "pot" they donate to for cleaning products etc. What bills am I expected to contribute to.

This is the kind of stuff I'd like to find out about.

    All help gratefully received!

i think the questions you've outlined are pretty good.
You may also want to consider things such as:

    - Liklihood of them having people stay over regularly
    - Chances of them having parties often
    - What they do (unemployed / working from home means they'll be there a lot and likely very territorial, etc etc)
