    Does anyone know, have they set up that desk in the Arts building where you get the student travel cards yet?

    It's probably down in the student centre. The one in the Arts Library Tunnel doesnt open until next week.

    Which was does the card work. Do you show it and pay less? Sorry I'm at a loss when it comes to dublin transport. Will be an expert by the end of next year

    It means you can purchase student weekly and monthly tickets for Dublin Bus which are cheaper than adult fares.

    Once off fares are the same price.

    It also works for Iarnrod Eireann but Bus Eireann will accept any student card.

    That's actually okay considering it would cost me nearly 40 euro a week to commute...4 buses a day :(

    And so is it 84 euro with the student travel card??

    Just wondering does anyone know if the card gives you discounts off the express buses... such as the 27X or the 32X for example.....

    or would the bus/rail monthly tickets include or exclude the express buses?

    :confused::confused::p:rolleyes:

    Anywhere that sells bus tickets. You may be asked to show your student travelcard.

    I've been up there about five or six times since I started college, including last month, and they never ask for your student card.
