this is some info from my eircom netopia 2247 router if it helps

this is on a 2mb perlico connection. i have been onto perlico support 4 times now and they told me each time a engineer will call out to the exchange to fix the problem.my connection has actually got worse. i explained to them each time that my connection was stable untill eircom upgraded the exchange. explained about interleaving and all that but they said that this would have no effect. today i showed them results above and they said that a eircom engineer will check the exchange. the reason the tech suppport agent said a engineer did not call out to the exchange previosally was because eircom dont see latency as a serios problem, the thing is i do i use my internet mainly for gaming

what do think about the crc errors ?
