Good Tattooist for this tattoo

Can anyone recommended a tattooist who is good at portraits and also intricate tattoos?
Has anyone ever been tattooed in Triskele tattoo in enniskillen, is it good there?
This is the tattoo I would like to get, I want the face and body to be lifelike hence requesting someone good at portraits
Opinions and suggestions about the design would be appreciated

Was just about to suggest this myself. I'm not the biggest fan of the place but the man is a legend when it comes to portrait work.
