Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but i cant find it.

I am a single father with a 7 year old son and i have been told that i can apply for tax reliefs via form op1. My son stays with me every saturday and sunday night. can i claim back years?

i believe that there are other entitlements other than income tax relief - eg bin charges etc.

i would like to claim and would be greatful if anyone can tell me other clawbacks i may be entitled to under this scheme. i need every penny i can get my hands on at the moment as i am going through difficult financial times

    many thanks in advance

Yes you can claim. I'm claiming for my daughter and when I did it for the first time she was 7. I got the money back for the previous 4 years as well - they only go back so far with it. But I'm not sure how it was done exactly as the company I was working for then had an accountant who came in once a month for personal finance stuff. I presume you'll need your p60's for all the years

You can claim as long as you can prove that you were living on your own for the duration of the year that you are claiming for.
