If you have a complaint or bone to pick with any consumer service in Ireland, RTE is interested in speaking with you.

This is a very broad search and the complaint can apply to almost any service, including those not considered to be commercial, such as the HSE or government departments.

So if you have had bad experiences, from overcharging to waiting on hold for hours on end, drop us a line. It can be a big or small grievance; we want to hear them all.

Feel free to send me a PM or e-mail us at <snip>removed<snip>

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    **EDIT**

Consumer Issues does not permit such posts.

Very sorry, didn't realise that it was necessary.

    Will this be a problem?

    Thank you, Sternn.

To be honest I think it would only be polite to email the mod of this forum and introduce yourself. They really only have a problem with people advertising their companies without asking. It wouldn't hurt to drop an email and get their blessing.

I do however have a problem with a particular state run radio and television company that takes money from people and doesn't provide a service. As far as I'm aware that's illegal.
