Planning on taking the jump on my first build, have been putting it off for a while but now very close to buying. Want to use either komplett or dabs. Need a PC for photoshop and video edit. I also use the pc for lots of movies so on most of the time. I like play some fps games and want to play COD4, bioshock and crysis. Want to keep the build to 1500euro approx

So my dabs build comes in at 1605euro

Samsung 24" T240 Rose Red 2ms DVI TFT
    Sapphire Technology Radeon HD4870x2 2GB GDDR5 PCIE 2XDVI 700/900MHZ
    Corsair Memory 4GBKIT (2X2GB) 800MHZ NON ECC CL5
    Samsung 1TB 7200RPM 32MB S300 3.5"
Antec P182 Advanced Super Mid Tower - No PSU Black
Asustek S775 INTEL P45 DDR2 ATX AUDIO LAN P5Q PRO
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Prem SP1 64-bit OEM
Corsair Memory 650W TX SERIES ATX

My komplett build comes in at 1568 euro

Antec Performance P182 Miditower, Gun Metal Black Aluminum (Without PSU)
    Asus P5Q-E, P45, Socket-775, DDR2, ATX, 2xGbLAN, Firewire,3xPCI-Ex(2.0)16
    Corsair Powersupply 650W Black, ATX/EPS, 120mm Fan, 8xSATA, SLI
    Corsair TWIN2X 6400 DDR2, 4096MB CL5, Kit w/two matched CM2X2048-6400 Dimm's
    Gigabyte Radeon HD 4870X2 2GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 2.0, 2xDVI/HDMI/HDCP
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz Socket LGA775, 8MB, BOXED w/fan
LG DVD±RW burner, GH20NS20, 20x, SATA, Black, OEM
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Eng SP1 OEM DVD 64bit
    Samsung 24" LCD Syncmaster T240, 1920x1200, DVI/VGA/HDMI, 20000:1, 5ms

So want to make sure everything will work together. Is the 4870x2 a bit of an overkill? Is the power supply and motherboard ok? Really looking for some feedback on what you guys think of this build.

You'll need a powerful video card to keep a decent frame rate on the native res of a monitor that size.
