Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is that a typo in your constitution?

The name of the organization shall be “OffShoot Photographic Socieyty” or “OffShoot” for short.

    Fergus,

You are more than welcomed to turn up tonight, everybody is welcome any monday night.
For tonight you will need a either bridge camera with a hotshoe or a SLR and a standard lens to get the most it.
We will have 1 or 2 spare SLRs if anybody doesn't have a hotshoe.

OffShoot is going strong with generally around 21 members turning up every Monday night.
Next Monday, Oct 13th we have Mark Sedgewick, IPF chairperson coming along to do a workshop on panels.
This will be a really useful workshop for anyone interested in doing their distinctions with the IPF

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,726 ✭✭✭qwertz

Yes it is, it meets in Cabinteely nowadays.
    From their flickr page
    Welcome to OffShoot Photography Society.
We are a photography society for the South Dublin Area
We meet on a Monday night in St Brigids National School, Cabinteely
For more details, see the OffShoot Website.
Their website appears to be down at present.
    Hope this helps.
There is also a super camera club in Greystones too :p
    We meet on Thursday nights>www.greystonescameraclub.ie

No, the club is alive and well ... at least it was before the summer. Try sending a message to stcstc and ask. He was chairman last year.
