Has anyone tried using the SIM from an O2 USB modem in their phone for browsing the internet ?
I'm not pushed about voice or text.

Too right.
I'm looking for a decent connection while commuting. Meteor's 3G and EDGE was dandy, but don't fancy spending 27.50 per month on BillPay to get it.
Random's post about the cheap O2 data for students caught my eye.
Anybody got a spare student I could borrow ?
Motice how I didn't mention that I'm currently using 3 and it's annoyingly patchy ?
