Downloading webpage directory

I have to turn off firewall on my router(eircom) to get my webpage directory to be retrieved on my vista desktop.No such problems on my laptop running XP.Using FileZilla.Any ideas?

uninstall vista then get a hammer and hit the cd about 40 times

shud just about fix it:)
