    Apologies if these 3 have been done but we do have some ugly models in this country in my opinion. Roberta Rowat is no more than average and sometimes takes a very bad photograph, Pippa O'Connor has a very weird face and a weird gap in her teeth, no idea how she became a "model". Glenda Gilson is an average looking bird. This is just my opinion.

Maybe a couple of dozen women out of a 1000 would actually have that combination of face and body even with lighting etc OK Pippa O'Connor wouldn't be my bag but she wouldn't be average either. The "gorgeous women" guys lust over in their local may be more sexy, girl next door or whatever but in the camera lens most would not be up to that standard. TBH what I do like about irish variety models is in general they actually have bodies, not matchsticks.

    But again, modelling really isn't just about the girl's face. It's more about her figure and height actually. Once her face isn't "hideous" (and very few people's are) and she has a good complexion... make-up and airbrushing can do the rest. I agree with you on Pippa O'Connor's teeth (I'm not one of these people who nit-picks at people's looks, but her teeth are quite bad. Can't understand how she hasn't had dental work.)     Ugh, the freckles. She has a strange shaped mouth and surprise eyebrows imo. I'm no Hitler looking for Aryan perfection, I wouldn't kick them out of bed but these people are being touted as top models and I disagree. It's symptomatic of D4 dolly birds getting tarted up and thinking they're a supermodel because of their bleach and plastering on 4 pounds of make-up. I'm curious as to what route they took into modelling. To quote Michael O'Leary I'd crawl bollock naked over glass to get a crack at a few of Ireland's models, we do have a lot of cracking women in this country and some quality models but I can't agree that the 2 mentioned above are. I'm not an expert but I'd go out tonight and pick out 10 women who would take a better photograph and are better looking.

    Thats all very well and true, but glen/glenda just has a head on her like a mans. Thats just wrong. Unless you're into that kind of thing.
