    Hello (excuse the juvenile subject),

    Have built a lean-to using corotherm from B&Q (www.arielplastics.co.uk).

Used their flashing to seal from the lightly pebble dashed wall to the corotherm sheets @ 45 degrees. Worked a treat for the first two months, but in the monsoon yesterday, began to leak.

Before I go putting on a second layer - should I try some other solution - concrete lip or something?

    Here's the flashing description:

    Butyl Flashing Tape
    150mm x 5m -76121

A sticky butyl strip suitable for flashing up against many types of surface, providing a watertight seal without the need to dress into the wall. Supplied in 5m rolls.
