Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Might be a Admin permissions issue?

not if he installed ccleaner. that defo requires elevation.

if its a new laptop are you sure youve let windows update run all of its updates? Keep running and scanning the Window sUpdate program until it comes up empty. If you still dont have SP1 after that, then something else could be going on here.
