UPC BB availability

    Hi,

    Any one know why I'd be able to get digital TV from UPC but not BB? I've gotten flyers from them and their website says I can get it, but the trolls in their call centre say I can't. Who should I believe?

    I'd be inclined to believe the call centre, unless they typed your address incorrectly or work has recently been completed and the system hasn't be updated. Just because you can get DTV from UPC does not indicate you can get BB. The network had to be setup to be 2 way. With DTV you only need a 1 way network.
