Cheers for the games today lads. I'm starting to regret not wearing any protective gear at all (apart from mask of course). I'll be back up with full loadout very soon :-)

So let me get this right

Its not really a walk on sites, its booking in?

Thats coolm, I've got 2-3mates dieing to try Airsoft and they seem to be more inclcined to go Warehouse first then anywhere else ( dont want to get wrecked muddy)

What times midweek are in anyway busy, I dont want to turn up with just 4 of us, I want them involved in a game that has atleast 20 present. Granted I'm not free saturdays and sunday is for outdoor sites, what midweek day/time gets some numbers.

I'd consider even shooting up now for a 2 hour block, cause im bored, though i cant muster anyone online, plus no idea what numbers like.

Sorry if this has been covered before..... What is the maximum amount of players for each time slot? And on the website, I can't seem to figure out is it €20 per person per first two hours? or am I in a fantasy land of €20 per time slot no matter how many players are involved? Thanks.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,531 ✭✭✭Fyr.Fytr

€20 per person im afraid, well worth it though

  • Registered Users Posts: 305 ✭✭Sam Fisher

Hey up Lads. Good reports coming in from your place.
Hope to get up to you wednesday evening if youve space.
Iv just finished tidying up the crap after my first ever Lipo Explosion! Holy ****, im glad they built the "Bang" into the disintegration process as it alerted me to the fact that my office bloody nearly went on fire! Wouldnt like it if they just burst into flames silently........or do they?

Best ever Christmas present from 2005? 9 litre Foam Fire Extinguisher. Lives under the stairs....thought id never use it! Saved the gaff! About 50 euro. If ya use LIPOs.....get one!

Unfortunately they don't always go bang. This is why I no longer recommend charging Lithium batteries overnight or unattended, including laptop batteries.

Everyone reading this thread needs to go and check their smoke detectors NOW. I'll wait.

ravey, I'm glad that you had that extinguisher handy. I'd recommend replacing it with a powder extinguisher. They're messy, but very effective, and can be used on any hazard you're likely to find in a domestic situation (unlike foam).

The moral of the story is: treat Lithium with respect, or it will bite you.

Oh, and by the way, it's also poisonous.
