    ya can wear what ever feels comfortable to ya as you need to move freely and quickly at times long sleves are a must lol so baggy track bottoms maybe what evers good for ya
    also full face mask if ya dont have one the nice lads and lass's will rent ya one for 2 quid

    Yea i wear jeans, la sherrif polo shirt with a longsleeve tee and underarmor underneath. Works a treat, i wear boots too, some wear runners but i find boots dont slip on the bb's as much

    Loose tracksuit bottoms, a heavy top (a hoody if poss), gloves and comfy runners!

    We provide a tac vest free of charge so thats not an issue!
