The scientists behind the small Hadron Collider are livid that their successful research is being ignored simply because their experiment doesn't have "large" in the title.

When's the next end of the world prediction? Any definite dates? Would be nice to organise a massive session before it.

Ye, they made a russian missile go off course and go into a vortex above Norway, which then prompted the underground shapeshifting lizard people to come to the surface to feast on human blood.

Then they got full and went back to the whitehouse/buckingham palace/underground.

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) must close at the end of 2011 for up to a year to address design and safety issues, according to an LHC director.

It appears not to be strong enough to hold together in a full power test.
