Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yea I was the same when I got my router everything else I had connected to it was fine. Just the 360 would keep getting an ip failed. Im afraid now I cant help you. I was hoping you had eircom because there is a fix that usually works 99% of the time but alas you have BT so I dont know..

Heres is the link anyway it might prove someway usefull or give you some idea of whats wrong!

sorry I cant help anymore. The only thing I can think of is reboot the modem and router and plug in the 360 1st..

It should work almost exactly the same for BT.
Replace the gateway with the IP of the netgear, and change the DNS servers to BTs DNS servers (available on btireland.com in support section).
You could also select your router from here
and then select Xbox Live 360 which should give you a guide to it.
