Which one of the above would you give the most consideration when buying a car, i.e 1.9 TDI: BHP = 128 Torque = 285NM 1.8Tquattro : BHP = 150 Torque = 210NM :confused::confused::confused:

Torque is where the party is at for petrol or diesel. Why do you think that the WRC cars are limited to 300bhp but produce nearly 900 ftlbs of torque! That is enough to pull a house down.
