Apart from the obvious - eating and drinking, is there any day activities of note. I am thinking wine tasting could be a bit of craic.

Think there might be some champagne or cocktail breakfast/brunch done in the G hotel.

    Could be pricey though.

    There's always Bingo in Seapoint.

Bingo? No way. I've always wanted to go to Bingo. Do you know anything about it? Do they do it on a Friday night?

    Thanks for that!

Have a look through the activities and resources in Galway for more suggestions.
You could visit Inishmore, that'd take all day though.

For the evening it's common for hens and stags to go to these, in this order:

You can walk between these places in 5-10 minutes and have a great time.
