Is it possible to lodge cash, 300 euro, to a French bank using the IBAN etc

    Hi,
    want to lodge about 300 euro to a French bank account for which I have the IBAN/Swift code etc

    Don't have online banking and the recipient wont take a euro cheque.

    AIB will do it, if you are a customer, not sure otherwise.

    What bank are you with? As GerardKeating said, you can definitely do this with AIB if you are a customer. But I would imagine that most banks would facilitate this.

    Perhaps while you're in their lodging this, it might be a good time to sign up to Online Banking! Not sure about the other banks, but with AIB online, it's very simple and free to transfer the funds.
