Hi, I am just wondering if anyone knows if there is a Dell outlet (like dell.ie/outlet) for French speaking countries... A friend lives in Belgium and would like to order a laptop from the Dell outlet store, but all the keyboards are qwerty keyboards... obviously, they'd prefer a keyboard they are used to...
