Do a search online, pet friendly hotels and you should get a whole list of them.

We stayed in a Holiday Home in Kerry last year and took our dog with us(only had one at the time). I had rang before hand to ask(didn't give my name or anything) and they said as long as they were kept on lead outside it was fine. On arrival I didn't say anything and we had a great time. We stayed for a week This was on the supervalu breaks. PM me if you want the name of the place as its not advertised as dog-friendly or on any of the dog sites. Planning on going again in october.
