Small insects on the windows sill and mantlepeice

    Hi,

    I am not sure if this is the right forum but I see alot of small black insects running around the mantlepiece in thel living room and the windowsill in the kitchen and living room. They look like mites but I am not too sure. Would anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them permanently i.e is there a spray or something you can buy rather then having to squash them which is what I do at the moment.

    You might also find them in white around the place . They are probably plaster mites.

    Keep the dust off it in the future.
