cycling Jerseys - Youths Size

My 13yr old son is into cycling in big way recently - lots of mountain biking and 2/3 charity cycles of 150km. Trying to source some cool jersey's for him as present - anyone recommend good reliable web sites. And considering I hardly know one end of a bike from the other - any tips on whats a good jersey.
