I usually bring a plastic tub of tuna & sweetcorn to work. Sometimes I'll include a half tub of cottage cheese for a bit more taste.

What are your opinions on canned sweetcorn in general? Good / bad / indifferent?

    Tuna + Sweetcorn = the shizznizz :p

Sweetcorn is grand, you can get no added salt/ sugar tins. It's a very carb-y vegetable, but unless you're seriously watching your carb intake it's not something to worry about. It's also a good source of Vit B1, folate, fibre and Vit C, so I certainly wouldn't be worrying about eating it :)

Frozen sweetcorn may be more nutritious. Tinned food is heat treated to sterilize it. Also frozen may be cheaper, the price per kilo may be more, BUT there is no added water in the frozen stuff, so your price per kilo on the tinned is including water.
