transferring contacts from old phone to i-phone

i've got the old i-phone and want to transfer all my contacts from my old sagem to this phone. about half the contacts are saved to the phone and half are saved to the sim. is there any easy way to transfer these to my new phone?

You have to save the conacts in itunes and sync the phone to itunes same as if you were adding music or what not. One of the reasons i got rid of mine, its dam dependence on itunes for everything
