Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Llanelli Scarlets drop Llanelli from the name, Llanelli the Welsh Premiership Club club will continue as Llanelli, but one of the biggest names in HEC rugby disappears forever.

Loosing the name of llanelli a pity, but I can see the logic, may possibly open 'em up to a wider fan-base...just like Neath-Swansea and Newport-Gwent I guess...regarded as more inclusive, although give the exceptionally tribal nature of Welsh rugby, not sure it'll make much difference in reality...

Wouldn't be surprised if Cardiff end up doing the same, a bit like the All Black not being called New Zealand it probably just opens them up to hiring more overseas players and not having people complain that they don't have enough home grown talent.

    This is an excellent decision.

It will make the fixture list a lot more clear in the Anglo-Welsh league.

Aye think about it. All the web developers will no longer have to deal with wrap around text - fantastic!
