    1. Go to http://ema.mtv.co.uk/vote/#
    2. Scroll the bottom of screen
    3. In the box titled "nominate," select "Best Act Ever" in the drop box.
    4. Type "Rick Astley" in for your nomination and click vote

    If this is another one of those 'click on the link ' to have rick astley all over your screen your about two years late OP .If it's just for rick astley fans then your a few decades out of date also .I mean , were are you going to find 3 rick astley fans in a hurry ? ;)

    regardless of your thoughts on the rick-roll meme, this is a great way to show up an arcane institution like the EMA awards. Mr. Astley being crowned best act ever is no more absurd than some of the “suggested” artists for this vauge award.

    I knew a guy who dressed up as rick astley ,wore the suits,combed the hair bobby vee style ( ask your ma ..no your grandma :D ) and did the wobbling dance legs routine .

    He actually convinced himself he was rick astley for a while

    (delusions of something or other ) :D

    The Greatest Hits compilation is actually quite good. But I agree with your point about the MTV Awards being a load of ****.

    Why the hell would anyone want to vote in Rick Ghastly? I was 11 in 1987 when that bloody song was released. It sucked then and it sucks now.

    Reliving the recession is bad enough without having to relive Rick Astley as well, next thing you'll be supporting a Sinitta comeback!
