[B]Need help finding usage metre[/B]

Hi Guys
I am looking for a program (preferably freeware) that will monitor my computers web usage. Not the actual sites visited etc but the amount of data downloaded and uploaded over a set period of time. I recently changed my service provider and all of a sudden my usage stats seem to have gone up (by about 30%). I have a ten gig limit so don’t want to be losing three gigs of access because they are not measuring my usage properly.
Any help would be appreciated.

There's a program called dumeter that people here recommend. I've never used it but it sounds like what you need.

This is free and you can set alarms to warn you as you approach limits etc....
