eircom broadband speed update.

I finally got the upgrade from 2mb to 3mb after e-mailing and phoneing broadband support,line was upgraded wed 10 sept it ran well wed ie speed 2725 kbps but then since thurs speed has fallen to 425 kbps? To cut a long story short rang and reverted back to 2mb but still getting crap download speeds ie 425kbps? Anyone…

Now as of fri 12 on modem home page auto update to 3mb but still crap speed.
