Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Maybe people dislike Milan? Isn't that why you dislike Larrson cause he played for Manchester United and Celtic? Same for Bobby Charlton?

    There is nobody.

Surprised no one has mentioned him yet, but Peter Beardsley. Fantastic player, always playing with a smile on his face, and a legend at at least 2 or 3 clubs.

Beat me to it..absolute legend of a player and a genuinely nice guy.
Also Les Ferdinand, Dion Dublin, Maldini, Le Tissier.

Players to hate? Gerrard, Ashley Cole, Ian Wright, Joey "Scumbag" Barton.

As a Newcastle fan it sickens me to see that scumbag playing for us.

I'd say alot of Italians resent Zola for some of his "incidents" from the 94 World Cup and the 96 Euro's

I never said I dislike Larsson, I just said those two clubs could be a reason for it. I'm impartial to him, don't love or hate.

'Sir Bobby' I do hate. Can't stand listening to him. I think it may have been when United were gettin the Champions League trophy (or the Prem) last year and 'Sir Bobby' was leading the team up. Why?! How the hell had he contributed?! 'Nice gesture' blah blah crap. They even went to give him a medal! At least he didn't accept it I suppose. Just do not like him one bit.

I think you have now managed to find a player who is almost universally despised :) From the guy next down on the liver transplant list after seeing Best get a new liver and then getting drunk a lot to the wives who he was never afraid of taking his frustrations out on.

Hate? For that? Thats a load of cock. He was asked as was Peter Kenyon. "They even went to give him a medal", yeah "they" asked him. He refused it. And what was wrpng with such a jesture anyway? is that really a reason to hate the man ffs. And again the 'Sir Bobby' thing isn't something he asked for nor could refuse. Nitpicking and stupid comment imo.

All credit to midfield generals, but a certain blue side of Manchester and all of Liverpool might not exactly love him. Give them a another year and the Geordies will hate him too.

Legend. After a year in Asia he came to Dublin and was an excellent midfielder. Had to retire early for personal/family reasons (his kids are very sick). Loved by one and all, Rovers and Shels fans included.

Long since been a player, but is there anyone that doesn't love Sir Bobby Robson. Pretty much done and seen it all as a manager. I will never forgive Fat Freddy Shepherd for culling him (or the FAI for wheeling him out on Joe Duffy to take their flack).

An absolute top bloke when I met him, and still to this day is battling cancer, but doing it with a smile on his face. One of the stands in St. James needs to be named after him.

    gary neville (maybe not liverpoolians)

Gary Neville is hated by anyone who doesnt support UTD because of his total lack of footballing ability and still being paid 70k+ per week and playing premiership football.

He's a ****ing wanker to boot.

    niall quinn?

    nope.
