Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    First post to the bike forum. I consider myself to be a fairly competent rider and the same in relation to the mech's of them. I own a 1992 blade, imported from the US, 19k on the clock....shes sweet. (and working on a 94 blade with alt probs).

    I also own a 50cc Peugeot vivacity.
    My problem is this.....i cant get it running. It was stolen nearly a year ago, but when they couldnt start it, they literally dumped it a couple of houses down, but the damage to the barrel was done.
    They pulled the connection from the back and left it in a state. I disconnected the blocks and other bits, tried to kick it, but nothing. Any obvious things im not doing, that you can think of, that will start it? Just to be clear, the ignition and wires are not aviable route.
    PM me please if your suggestion/s could be used by a thief to steal other bikes.
