Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i was given land to build a house in at some stage but i really need a garage more than anything
now one of the main reasons i was refused they want me to submit plans for a house aswell as the garage and iam a few years off that decision yet
they also stated the average garage is around 60m2 but i need one twice that size
what do i do
a neighbor of mine built a very nice garage more than 100m2 but he didnt even apply for planning permission mentioned something about farming development
how do i go about building the garage without getting into trouble
