SD box: Channel 4/4+1/e4+1 probs

    Well, we've had an SD box in the kitchen since we moved home in March. A few FTA/FTV channels(nothing important, but did include C4+1) were scrambled and not working properly.

    However, with today's relaunch, we've now lost Channel 4 and e4+1 doesn't work. C4+1 still not functioning.

    Any idea what this is? I've got a 3 month warranty with Sky for a callout as my HD box somewhat failed last month....should I get them out?
