Hey! Was just pllaying roulette on captain cooks casino online. Got 500 euro from them starting off. It says that while playing with this if you finish after 100 bets with more than this you can keep the excess money. I finished at 638 euro and it told me I had won 138 and made about 200 rolls. Just wondering from people who have experience in these online casinos is there anyway I can actually get this and is it genuine. Id kinda like it in hard cash, It says I gotta deposit fifty euro to retrieve it but I don't wanna chance it incase it's a scam? Any advice for a rookie gambler?

Not strictly a scam, but neither will depositing €50 allow you to access your winnings.

    I'm livid.
I received a CD stating "Play with free £500, keep what you win, you have one hour to win and then keep it".

OK I thought, that sounds OK, guess what?
    I won £660!!

Try to redeem it, but you have to deposit £50 first, so like a total muppet, thats what I did!

Then of course, you can't actually redeem all of the £660, only the first £200 (the rest is discarded) and to actually be able to withdraw the £200, you must play through 300 times, so 300 x 200 = 6000 plays!
Imagine how much you would have left after 3000 plays

OK, says me, I'm being stitched up like a kipper here, I'm going to withdraw my £50.
"Sorry sir, you can't do that"
Turns out thats part of your bonus now so you can't withdraw your own £50 either.

    What a disgrace!
    This is downright theft.
Surely I can get the police involved if I can't even withdraw my initial deposit?

And yes, I did click on the accept terms and conditions, but I didnt know what 300 times playthough was and I still can't see the not being able to withdraw my deposit.

    This companies a disgrace,
    Its theft.
Any advise would be very welcome.
I can't stop fuming about it.
