Cancel Sky, keep Setanta

    Currently I have a sky subscription and a setanta subscription and am well over the 12 months sky contract. If I cancel sky will the setanta sub be affected ? I assume no but was just wondering has anyone been down this road ?
    Finally, can you change a setanta sub to a different sky card ?

    Yes you can change a Setanta subscription to a different sky card.

    no - i tried this as i was moving but was told that i would have to resubscribe - if you can, bring the old sky card with you as the subscription is linked to that afaik

    I just moved my Setanta to new Sky card last week and there was no problem with Setanta doing this. Rang them up and told them I had a new Sky card all they wanted was the new card number and about 20mins later I had access to Setanta channels once again.

    cancelling your sky sub will not affect your setanta sub on your sky card.
