Fly Fishing in NI

Does anyone know what the craic is with fishing on Loch Neagh?, when are the seasons, are they the same as down south? What sort of licence etc..... Are there any other decent spots near Belfast to do a bit of fly fishing? Obviously wanna stay away from the Lagan, its filthy:eek:
