Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

start your own ****ing Nasri thread!

    Who would you take?

All three of them are 21 iirc, you all seem to know the other two players stats from the other thread.

Nasri has 124 club games scoring 12, 3 and 1 for Arsenal. 13 caps for France with 2 goals.

Technically like a lot of Arsenal players he is brilliant. In my opinion a good bit better than Babel and Nasri who although have great potential they will not match what this kid has.

Good player but overpriced at the money City paid for him.

Personally I wasn't too sure about Nani at first but I think he took some time to settle and adapt to English football, which is fair enough. He has impressed me a couple of times I've seen him for Portugal and I reckon he could yet turn out to be a good signing.

Imagine those two playing together. At least McShane is a good honest trier though, even if he isn't up to prem league standard he would probably do ok at championship level. Bramble is just a waste of space.

well based on what little we've seen this season, Nasri is head and shoulders above the others. but considering the other two have been reduced to cameos i don't think it's a fair comparison.

Nasri's natural position would be further down the pitch anyway, he's really more of a playmaker midfielder so i don't think it's really comparing like for like either.

Ye good point, though Babel and Nani don't exactly play the same role as each other either..

well I've been arguing that for a good while although some people here would have you believe they are both widemen.

    Killian Brennan anyone?

Nani had a good season last season, 14 assists and 4 goals ain't bad for a player who wasn't even first choice.

When I watched Uniteds season review I was shocked to see Nani was involved in an awful lot of the goals (some screamers in there too).

As with Babel. 10 goals and 6 assists, again not first choice.

What it comes down to is that All three players are different.
Who wouldn't like this for the future of their team?!

    ---Other
    Other
    Other
    Nani---
    Nasri

    Babel

Btw Nasi started 37 and 1 extra as a sub.

All those stats are for all competitions by the way.

    Prem/Fa/CL for both players.

Nani started 16 and was subbed on for 10 in the Prem.
Babel started 15 and was subbed on for 15.

That's where Nasri has an advantage too.
He's been a regular starter for a full season now.
Babel and Nani are still bit players.

From what I've seen of him I'd probably go with Nasri but obviously its impossible to judge until hes been here at least a season.
