Hi, Not sure if this is the right place for this post. Basically im trying to find out how people embed Flash games into excel and then forward them around in email format. Im sure alot of people have come across this but how is it done? I've tried following a few sites but just end up at a dead end. Im no expert in this area at all and im really just trying this out for personal use.

use the insert menu, object, one of the tabs lets your browse for a file. I think that's pretty much it.

never done it mind you but that appears to be the way forward.
