    Guys/Gals ....

Any ideas where I can download/buy software to draw simple circuits and then be able to virtually energise the circuits and check if everything is working ??

    Karlos,

I found and used one recently, I'll fire up the old PC later and get the name of it, I tried loads of them and fround many that did not meet my requirements, however if your requirements are as per P2 then this should be ok as it did me for something similar

    TBH

    and
    http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php

would be better then boards, the suggested electronics forum here did not get much support and it never happened, so it's ok to point you to here.

I'll post the details if i still have em later, but I'm sure you will find something on these forums, its where i got the stuff before.

One bit of advice if you need it, a lot of the programs are free, but you have to pay for a library, you'll get a basic one free, so make sure the library has all your components first before you go killing yourself learning it's use. It's just like building your own cct really, check you have the bits first.
