Money Claim Online - Irish equivalent?

I just came across the following UK government site: http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/ Lets you automatically invoke proceedings against someone for unpaid monies owed to you. Does anyone know if there is a similar service available in Ireland? Looks quite handy.

I have used the Money Claim service to claim against Air France over damaged they caused to my baby's pram, during a flight from Paris to Birmingham in June this year.

Air France have, so far, ignored all claims I have made for compensation through their own channels, so suing them is a last resort.

They have until the 19th of November to respond. Will post the outcome.
